Day 82

Take the Long Way Home

(Supertramp, 1979)

I left NISAC late and decided I'd head off base by one of the western gates.  When I got to the end of the runway, I took a left on the spur of the moment.  That leads to the South Gate, almost to Rio Bravo.

It was a nice drive, the traffic was light, and after a delay at Bridge Street, I crossed the railroad tracks and wandered NW towards home.  That takes you past some old railroad buildings south of downtown.

On the way I stopped at the Natural History Museum.  Got a great vignette of the big meat-eater and the pentaceratops.

Happy Beltane, everyone!
